I want to delete my account
To delete your account, please log in, then complete the following steps:
- From your dashboard, scroll down and select 'Help'.
- Tap the 'Delete my account' button, below the list of help topics.
- Finally, from the membership overview that's shown, select the 'Delete account' option and follow the onscreen instructions.
Please note:
If you have a subscription, you must cancel this before deleting your account.
